What packages do you have? 

I offer 3 wedding packages.  A ‘half day’ package is typically 5 hours coverage of a wedding day, which usually covers the morning preparation, the wedding ceremony, family group photos and bride and groom photos. If speeches are before the wedding breakfast, I can also cover this part of the day. This package can be bespoke to your requirements. You may want to cover everything from the wedding ceremony onwards. Get in touch with me and let me know your wedding details, if this sounds like the package for you. 

The ‘full day’ package, means I’ll be there from start to finish, right up until mostly all the wedding guests have made an appearance on the dance floor.

Thirdly, I can be booked for the full day package and include a main 12 x 12 inch wedding album. 

Do you provide an engagement shoot?

Yes I offer a free engagement shoot to couples who book my full day wedding package. The engagement shoot is optional, if you both feel you would like to have a practise run of the bride and groom photos. 

How does an engagement shoot work and what do I get out of it?

We’ll arrange a time & location before your wedding date to meet up for a half hour practice run, of some of those romantic couple shots. After which you’ll get a handful of images. This can be a outdoor location of your choice or even at the wedding venue. It’s a chance to meet up for an informal chat and get used to how I work on a photo shoot. Not to mention, it’s a great way for you to feel relaxed in front of the camera before the wedding

What happens if it’s raining on the big day?

If it is raining on your wedding day, it’s not something to stress over. I’ll be prepared with a pre-visit of your wedding venue beforehand, if it’s a venue I haven’t been to previously. I will work out the best places and indoor locations, just incase the weather doesn’t forecast for a dry day.

If there are intermittent dry spells, I’ll do my best to take advantage of them and ask the wedding party to step out for the group photos.

The weather might not always make it possible to capture all the images we want, but on the bright side, the natural and documentary style of my wedding photography will still be able to capture the day in a creative and memorable way.

Do you take formal group photos? 

Yes of course. Alongside the natural and candid style photos, I can cover formal group shots with family and friends. I have a general standard list of recommended photos to share with bride and groom. Let me know which ones you want before the day. 

8-10 of these formal group shots is a nice amount, we don’t want you, or your guests standing around in one place too long. But we’ll make it work if you need more. On the other hand, you may only want a few or none at all. This is client preference and I’m happy to capture what you need. 

How many photos do I get? 

Depending on which package you book with me, this can be anything between 500 and 800 edited images. 

How long will it take till I receive my wedding photos?

I know you’ll be excited to see the pictures as soon as possible, which is why I always share a handful of images with you, within a few days of your wedding. 

Generally it takes me 4-6 weeks from the day, to go through and edit all of your pictures and get them delivered to you.

Do you work with a second photographer?

Yes. There are occasions where a second photographer is needed. As an example, you might want photos of the groom preparations but the groom is getting ready in a different location to the bride. 

Another benefit of a second shooter means there are more candid photos of your guests and details of the day. This is especially handy if you’re planning a big wedding of 120 guests or more.

An additional second shoot photographer is £200

Do I need to place a deposit? 

To secure a booking for your wedding date with me, a deposit of £150 will be requested. This amount will be deducted from the final price of your chosen package.

Do I get a wedding album?

I offer story book wedding albums and they can be purchased any time after you wedding day. The albums are square in size, the main album is 12 x 12 inch and smaller parent albums are also available, size 8 x 8 inch.

The album will display 50 images of your choice. I will design the layout and share it with you before it goes to print, to make sure every detail is right.
